My research addresses sensory substitution as well as the study of sensorimotor integration, more specifically the possibility of tactile sensory enhancement during surgical procedures and surgical training.
Post doctoral work at Institut des Sciences du Mouvement of Aix-Marseille University (2018-2019)
The objective of the study was to better understand the neurophysiology of phantom limb control in upper limb amputee participants. To do so, signals from electromyographic measurements on the residual limb are analyzed to find new scores (frequency/informational/time, classification, principal component analysis...) allowing to quantify the effects of training, fatigue or time-to-amputation on phantom limb mobility.
Thesis defended at Institut des Systèmes Intelligents et de Robotique of Sorbonne Université (2016)

During my thesis, I was interested in the possibility of creating a biofeedback device to assist in the control of posture (standing) in humans. The objective is to provide the central nervous system with additional information related to posture. The originality of our approach is to influence posture without requiring voluntary action on the part of the participant.
