This webpage is a windows on the concept of force feedback for micromanipulation and stakes of the project concerning optical tweezers. It gives illustrations of the experiments already carry out in the laboratory with AFM cantilever and microgrippers. It explains limits of this systems and avantages of optical tweezers. It gives a view on coupling problems between micro- and macro-worlds. It gives although expemples of haptic interfaces.
